Ever wonder if your favorite song has been performed by other artists (good or bad). I will be compiling lists of songs that will give you the names of the person or people who wrote it, the original performer and any other performers who have covered the song.

I will put links to where you can listen to each cover. It will mor ethan likely be Youtube.

I will also put my personal take on each version of the song. Remember this is my opinion only.

You Light Up My Life was written by Joseph Brooks. It was written for the movie of the same title. The soundtrack version for the movie was sung by Kvitka "Kasey" Cisyk. The best known cover version was done by Debby Boone. Other covers were done by LeAnn Rimes and the late Whitney Houston.
